I’ll start by saying I’m a small business owner and our search has been ongoing for a year. We were really scattered on areas to be in and school disctricts until we really visited areas as she suggested. We sold our house and a lot of our belongings in Ohio, rented a house for two months in Florida and started looking for our new Condo. Our hurdles included a large dog and a two month timeline to find and close on a place and be moved in before the rental period was up.
